ClassDojo’s a completely free Web App available on iOS, Windows and Android. To start using the App, teachers must sign up with an email address and password, to create an unlimited amount of virtual classrooms where every student has an avatar. At the moment of the registration, the teacher will get the class code that families can use to access the platform to check the school progresses and get information about their child. Based on the positive or negative behaviours of each student in the class, the teacher can give or remove a positive or negative feedback (determined by the teacher) to individual profiles. You can see in real time an average performance of the class or of each student. To download the information , Class Dojo provides the “View spreadsheet” that directly opens an Excel document ready to print the details. It’s also possible to have private discussions with parents or share the most exciting moments of the learning. Two interesting and useful products: - Random function, allow to call the students randomly and doesn’t call twice the same student. - Stopwatch option, to give a time limit to the exercises.
