Enter all the desired criteria: the apps that satisfy them all will be searched; if a criterion is specified multiple times, only the last occurrence will be considered.
Clicking on "Create a new..." you proceed to the creation of a first survey or a quiz. Phase 1 allows you to set up the basic settings for your survey such as the survey name, any customized messages for individual users and survey settings such as the closing of the survey, questions settings and any restrictions for users. 
Phase 2 allows you to edit the survey by inserting multiple choice questions, or many other types. 
Phase 3 allows you to edit the style of your survey, you can choose between predefined or customized styles. 
Once saved, the application will create the link of your survey. As an example, here’s the link of my test survey: https://giordanofederica.polldaddy.com/s/sondaggio-per-studenti-universitari 
The results of the survey will be available on the Dashboard, next to the title of the survey. They will be displayed as follows:
