Presentation
The following is the Ayoa’s home screen. From here you can access the functions "whiteboards", "mind maps" and "task boards" upon sign up. During registration it will be possible to add friends or colleagues to start collaborating on projects immediately or it will always be possible to add them later.

Once you have signed up you will see the following screen which is the Ayoa’s dashboard. From here you can proceed with the creation of whiteboards, mind maps or task boards. Clicking on "create new" it will be possible to create a chat with other users whose contacts we have imported. From the drop-down menu at the top left you can also access the groups created, the calendar, contacts and support functions made available by the app.

To create a mind map just click on "create mind map" and Ayoa will ask you what type of mind map you want to create. You’ll be able to choose between three types: speed map, organic map and radial map. To create the projects you can choose to start from scratch or use the templates provided by the app. Each time you choose to create a map, you’ll have to give it a title, a description and you’ll also be able to invite collaborators. To create the project you can use different shapes, stickers, colors and import images. Once you have created the main concept you can add the various branches. The following is an example of a speed map, useful for brainstorming projects as it provides a structured layout.

Below is an example of an organic map; you can see that it is composed of curved branches whose shape and size you can change.

Below is an example of a radial map; useful for managing projects and scheduling goals.

Another feature of the app is that it allows you to use whiteboards to collaborate online with other users, manage projects, ideas and tasks. On whiteboards you can use sticky notes, freehand draw, attach files and documents from your PC, Dropbox or Google Drive, divide the entire whiteboard into sections to organize the content, add images, text, shapes, diagrams and lists. With whiteboards you can, for example, create To-Do lists, SWOT analysis, brief, agenda, etc. Below an example.

Ayoa also allows you to create task boards and manage tasks using various project views. Below an example.
