The following is the home screen of Wonderchat, where registration is required to use the application. After authentication, Wonderchat will guide users in creating their first chatbot by requesting the necessary information. For instance, it is possible to develop a chatbot specialized in providing instructions on the use of a particular model of washing machine by uploading its user manual. During the chatbot creation phase, users can access advanced parameters in the tab, allowing customization of elements such as cookie management, cache, and language. Furthermore, users have the option to define more sophisticated parameters, such as the learning and interaction model used by the chatbot to optimize its performance. The following is the dashboard of your account, providing a comprehensive overview of your chatbots, including created ones, shared ones, and the option to create new ones with a simple click on ’Create Bot.’ In the left column, the ’Chatlogs’ section collects records of conversations between users and chatbots generated through the Wonderchat service. ’Live Chats’ document real-time interactions between customers and chatbots, while the ’Corrections’ section handles the process of improving responses provided by the chatbot, especially when they are incorrect or unsatisfactory. To try the chatbot, you need to click on ’Actions’ and then ’View Chatbot.’ Additionally, through the ’Actions’ button, Wonderchat offers the possibility to share the chatbot via a link to allow other users to use it or to embed the chatbot directly into a website.
