The Zoom entry has been updated to include the platform’s latest developments. It now goes far beyond video conferencing and online meetings. With the introduction of Zoom Workplace, Zoom Docs, and the AI Companion, Zoom now presents itself as a multifunctional environment designed to organize, produce, and coordinate both individual and group activities.

While Zoom was previously known mainly as a tool for remote lessons, meetings, and webinars, it now offers a broader ecosystem for collaborative work management. Zoom Workplace integrates tools for communication, information sharing, activity planning, and project tracking into a single space, making coordination between people and workgroups much easier.

Among the most significant innovations is Zoom Docs, which allows users to create and organize collaborative documents, notes, work materials, and shared content. In addition, the AI Companion is designed to support users in various tasks: from meeting summaries to text generation, from information management to the preparation of materials and follow-ups.

In educational settings, these innovations make Zoom a much more versatile tool: teachers and students can use it not only to meet online, but also to design activities, collect materials, collaborate on documents, organize group work, and manage learning paths in a more integrated way.
